Ales Wig review

Today I am going to be posting a review about a pony tail wig I got a few months ago at Ales Wigs in harajuku.

I like to use this wig when I want very full hair that also stays styled. It is usually windy in japan. so, it works well for those windy days. Even though it is a pony tail wig I often use it to add volume to my hair by loosening the strap and putting it sort of like a half wig, but just place it within my hair.

Here are some photos I took yesterday with it as a pony tail wig and also a few random other times I used it for volume.

for volume
for volume also

there is two of these, one on the top and bottom to secure it to your head

To sum it up...

Pros;
easy to use
adds volume
blends well with my hair (and color)
very pretty
little styling necessary
pretty comfortable
adds length

Cons;
every once in a while after or before using you must fix the curls with some water.. wig spray and wig brush (doesn't take much effort though and its normal for a wig)

my personal Rating;
If I were to rate this wig I would say it`s a five for me because it does its  job well (: and that is what counts. also, its quality is good.

Japanese Braid Extensions

Today I thought I would post about my extensions.

(This post is all my experience and opinion about this)

My hair is fairly thinned out because of past bleaching and damage... So I get braid extensions to make it thicker and sometimes even a bit longer. I really love these type of extensions, it works best for me. Clips seem to give me headaches. I go about every two months to replace them because I take good care of them. It cost me about 8,300 yen. And they have many colors and there is not charge for a specific length. They will even will straighten or curl my hair after for me for free.

What is braid extensions?;

This is a braid extension, they literally braid them into your hair

Do They Come out?
 I never had one come out I can brush and do everything as usual. But surprisingly to remove yourself is not very difficult. ( random thing to Note, of course you shed hair everyday like a normal human being and this shedding hair stays in the braid some people think that the braids made them loose hair when it may have not. )

Do They Hurt or Damage my hair?
Honestly, for me it doesn't hurt at all, it does not bother me the least bit and usually I am very fragile.  I can sleep fine, I braid my hair for when sleeping though just to prevent from tangling. As for damaging your hair they shouldn't because they are simply braided and tied into your hair.

How Do I care for my Extensions?

I admit I love tsubaki, it works amazingly for me. I use there spa shampoo and shinning conditioner. ALSO; after conditioner I use this Shinning conditioner treatment it is amazing I will just leave it while showering and rinse it when finishing. If nothing else it makes my hair effortlessly tangle-less when I brush through it after the shower. Also I use the Deep conditioner in the picture above once a week. Keeping your extensions from being dry is important for having nice hair... even someone with long hair has to care for the ends of there hair. I also use a heat protect-ant spray before ironing and when possible I try not to use an iron or hairspray, Moose seem to be better for my hair then using hairspray. Also I do not wash the ends of my hair and I try to avoid over washing my hair.

That is all, Here is me getting my extensions

Myself recently (:

Harajuku with Shani Chan (March 10)

Yesterday I met my `soul sister` shani chan. She is soo sweet and adorable. We decided to go to Harajuku later in the day it was really windy so we stuck mostly to indoor places.
Sorry somehow I did not take a pictures of the places.

Randomly throughout the day girls wanted to take pictures with us and recognized us from tv >< It was so adorable. Also somehow even random tourist seem to want to take our picture sometimes, it seems funny right?

Anyways, First of all, we went for puricura ; here is the photos

and we also decided to go to get a drink and sit in a little cafe to escape the cold wind. I got an Apple cinnomon drink with boba added into it.

finding seats in cafes in japan can be hard on the weekend... so we learned it is best to sit first! we were waiting for a while to get a seat. www.

After, we decided to go to La foret, Sadly the only picture I have there is of us in Etude House...

shani chan is always so cute !!!
Etude house is really good and the prices are not expensive. I bought this pack with two lip glosses and some orange blush because I had learned that orange blush suits my skin tone better then the light pink I use >< It was really cheap. The lip gloss rolls which is a bit different but it is really good it stays for a nice amount of time and is very pretty.

after Shani chan felt hungry so we went to eat and then we talked and took pictures inside of the restaurant together. Here is a few of them.

selca ><

Anyways, Thats all for now !! thank you for reading!
have a lovely day !

Ueno & akihabara w/ Amanda san

 Ueno, Akihabara, & Yokohama

I met with Amanda on the 21st, she is really sweet and fun to be with.
We first went to a taito in akihabara to use costume for purikura! ^---~)/
actually I should have studied Japanese for this situation because I sounded so funny trying to figure out how to ask to use a costume www.
TT . TT sorry worker lady.. forgive me.

First, I used a Santa outfit because the first one I picked from the book was kinda o . o not so cute, so I wanted to change it ~ www and Amanda San used some bunny cosplay looking outfit ~ actually the outfit was a bit odd, it had an open back! so we had to use this clip thing she gave us to keep it closed. (When I borrowed a costume in Yokohama Christmas eve the backs weren`t like that, kinda strange?) After taking puri we decided to try maid outfits because we never have and it sounded fun

I really enjoyed dress up though anyways!

After akihabara we went to ueno and went to abab and bought matching outfits~ even shoes and socks >< because last time I went to abab I saw some cute platform shoes on sale but I didn't buy it but we found them still there and only \507! and it was lucky because two one light brownish and another pink and it fit us perfect. So of course we bought it ><! I also bought some other small things at the abab that was cute and cheap ^---^)/ I will post photos after the puri
Here is the puri we took ;
